TIG and MIG welding

Our employees are skilled welders with long lasting experience. Each one of our them is TUV certified in TIG and MIG/MAG welding.

We specialize in welding thin and thick sheet metals, steel structures, and stainless steel. Every welded component undergoes radiography and pressure tests.

CNC metal machining

We employ only highly qualified Computerized Numerically Controlled machine (CNC machine tools) operators and programmers.

In Wikard, we operate on Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Mazatrol software for automatic machine tools -i.e. lathes and milling machines.

• We perform metalworking and plastic treatment based on drafts and illustrations provided by clients,
• selecting appropriate cutting tools,
• mounting of tools and hardware,
• entering cutting tool data,
• analyzing the wear and tear of cutting parts and their replacement.

Construction of noise barrier

We have been constructing noise barrier walls in the whole country since 2005. Wikard has cooperated with companies such as Budimex, Dragados, Krysl u.Bogl, Eko Nova, Placidus, Box-Pack, Stal-Met, Calvero.

Noise barrier walls manufactured by our company can be found in Gliwice, Sośnica motorway junction; Katowice, A4 motorway; Piekary Śląskie, A1 motorway; Świętochłowice, VW and AUDI car dealership; Jastrzębie-Zdrój ring road.

Maintenance services

Thanks to our qualified staff, we offer service in assembly and disassembly of industrial food processing equipment around the globe.
